Jaume Torrent has developed a guitar technique with which he achieves a superior sound projection that broadens the range of intensities of the guitar, increasing his expressive capacity and enabling a balanced integration of the guitar in chamber and orchestral groups
He started his guitar studies with & nbsp; Graciano Tarragó, disciple of Miquel Llobet. His presence in international stages is permanent and he has performed as a soloist in some of the most prestigious European and American orchestras – Paris Symphony Orchestra, Chamber Orchestra of Israel, RAI Symphony Orchestra, Dresdner Philharmonie, National Philharmonic of Ukraine, Orchestra of the RTV Spanish, Bilkent Symphony Orchestra, Orchestra of the Bulgarian Radio, Orchestra of R.T.V. of Luxembourg, American Wind Symphony, Symphony Orchestra of Bursa, Westcoast Shymphony Orchestra, Symphony Orchestra of Valencia, etc.- i has been directed by great directors like R. Frühbeck de Burgos, Ph. Entremont, E. García Asensio, C. Mansur , H. Pensis, R. Austin Boudreau, M. Natchev, D. Tosi, & nbsp; M. Galduf, I. Palkin and G. Aykal, among others.
