Stefano Pompilio

He started his studies at 14 as a self-taught person. In 2003 he approaches classical contrabass, studying at the Conservatorio de Foggia, Itália and, then, in Barcelona, finishing his double bass studies at ESMUC with maestro Andrew Ackerman and Horacio Fumero. In 2014 he performed with the Municipal Band of Barcelona.

He has participated in Master Classes with outstanding artists such as: Eddy Gomez, Renaud Garcia Fons, Barcelona Bass Meeting and Gary Karr. A musician with broad stylistic abilities is defined. he likes to be always updated and aims to offer music his best service.
